Help: Report Generation

PhoneView includes the ability to generate reports from the data gathered for IP Phones, when the  icon is clicked a choice of one or more reports will be listed. Choose the report you wish to generate then the following dialog opens:

Note: The information used by the report needs to be gathered from the IP Phones in order for the report to be of value, therefore please run a System Scan  before generating a report.

If you have more than one cluster within PhoneView choose the target cluster you wish to generate the report on. Optionally you can change the default file name and location of the report PDF File.

When the 'Generate Report' button is clicked the report will be compiled, the report can be opened by clicking on the 'View Report' button.
