The following table provides a description of the actions available in PhoneView from the toolbar:

Push the chosen image from the 'Backgrounds' tab to the selected phones |

Send a Text Message to the selected phones |

Extension Mobility Login of the userid specified in the 'User' column in the 'dataview' tab from all selected phones |

Extension Mobility Logout of the user on the selected phones |

Use the 'Remote Audio' feature to start monitoring the selected phone (Note: Only one phone can be monitored at a time) |

Stop the 'Remote Audio' monitoring session |

Delete the ITL File on the selected phones |

Delete the CTL File on the selected phones |

| Phone Soft Keys | Function key (F1-F5) are mapped to Corresponding Soft Key 1- 5 |
| Send Button | Sends the Command to the device/s (F6) |
| Keyboard A-Z | A-Z keyboard character key are mapped to corresponding numeric phone keypad. e.g. If user press "E" character in keyboard this will send will send the command to press Key:3 twice. |
| Arrow Keys | Arrow keys are mapped to the phones Navigation Pad. |
| Backspace Key | This will allow user to remove/clear typed digits or characters in device |
