Error: Invalid Handler /SetBackgroundline.separatorjava.io.PrintWriter@XXX

When pushing phone backgrounds to phones on occation you may get an error like this:

"Invalid Handler /SetBackgroundline.separatorjava.io.PrintWriter@12ab34"

This is caused by a memory error in the Cisco Tomcat service of the node you have configured PhoneView to use, the memory error is caused by a memoiry leek in Cisco Tomcat.

To resolve the issue restart the Cisco Tomcat service on the node PhoneView is configured to use. The Cisco Tomcat service can be restarted by entering the following CLI command:

Util service restart Cisco Tomcat

Note: It is recommended to restart the tomcat service out of office hours as anything using CUCM's web server will be disrupted.
