Error: URI not found

When sending commands to Cisco Unified IP Phones the error 'URI not found' may be returned, this typically occurs if you press a button on the keypad in PhoneView that the target phone does not understand. For example the 7906 and 7911 model of Cisco IP Phone do not have a 'Settings' button in the same context of most other 79xx models. The equivalent is the 'Applications' button, the URI for that button is 'Key:Applications', all of the model specific URI commands are detailed in the following Cisco document:
